Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a unique approach to psychotherapy. ART is unique in that it combines the enormous power of eye movements to allow voluntary changes in the client’s mind with well-established therapies like Gestalt, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Guided Imagery. Within the ART protocol, the eye movements, along with other ART enhancements, make these therapies work much faster and more effectively.
What You’ll Gain:
During the three-day Basic ART training, participants will learn:
The power of eye movements in facilitating relaxation and processing trauma
The Basic Protocol for processing past events that cause the client distress
The Typical Day protocol for ongoing issues
How to determine which clients are appropriate for Accelerated Resolution Therapy
